1. I just placed my order. How soon before I receive my books?

Standard Shipping via Media Mail: 4 - 21 business days (*)
Expedited Shipping via USPS Priority Mail: 2 - 6 business days
International Shipping (no tracking method): 6 - 21 business days

(*) Standard shipping to Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses may take up to 4-6 weeks, please consider Expedited Shipping. If you need your item by a specific time, please make sure to use
Priority Mail
and order the item early.

2. How can I check the status of my shipment?

Tracking information is included with most shipments within the United States at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Just go to www.usps.com and use the tracking number we provided to you via e-mail after you made your purchase.

3. What is your return policy?

We will refund purchase price, minus shipping fees, under the following conditions:

  • Books must be in their original condition without any additional damage, marking, or writing.
  • Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (ie. if the book we sent was wrong).
  • Re-Stocking Fee of 20% applies.
  • Refunds can only be placed on the credit card used to place the order.
  • Refunds are issued within 4 business days of receipt of returned book.
  • We recommend tracking service with returns as we are not responsible for lost packages.

4. I put the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Email us right away and in the Subject line of the email, state "Wrong Shipping Address placed on Order" Include in your email any specific order information including your email address, name and sales order number. We will make every effort to change your shipping address prior to shipping the book. Requests should be sent to: customerservice@BeagleBooks.com

5. I need my books in a hurry. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping requests are sent out Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service however this service may not
be available for all books due to size and weight considerations. If you forgot to select Expedited shipping, special requests can be sent to: customerservice@BeagleBooks.com Due to the volume of email we receive everyday, we may not be able to accomodate every special request.

We will provide you with a shipping quote for the additional costs to cover the change in shipping and handling.

7. I bought my books from an online marketplace, and not directly from your website. Why don't you offer free shipping on these marketplaces?

We sell on many online marketplaces. Each marketplace have different policies on shipping charges, commission structures and other fees they charge us when items are purchased by you. In essence they act as online middlemen, connecting buyers with sellers, and profit from it.

Shopping directly with us takes out this middleman. Our website pricing structure takes all the different factors
from all of our middlemen into account in order to equitably pass on savings to you by shopping directly with us.
